Do I need to create a membership on the new site?
Yes you will need to create a login on this site at checkout.
Is pricing inclusive of GST?
This site does not include your GST. If the amount to be paid to Customs is under $60, this will be waived, but if it’s $60 or more, you’ll have to pay any duty and GST plus an Import Entry Transaction Fee and MPI levy. For more details click here.
Do I need to pay extra for artwork?
No. Our pricing is inclusive of artwork and set up costs.
Do I need to pay on line?
No. We will be in touch for final payment once we have received the order. Payment will be required before we swill ship however.
When will my order be dispatched/received?
In most cases stock items will be dispatched within 24-48hrs of being paid, you will be contacted if there are any instances where this cannot be the case. Please see shipping information for approximate transit times for your area. Where you have selected a UBrand product a time frame of about 14 days from final artwork approval should be expected.
Can I get a discount if I order larger Quantities?
On most items, yes a discount can be offered, please contact us for a quote on your specific order requirements.
Can I get Custom or Personal details on products other than UBrand?
